Opened filament cannot be returned for change of mind. Filament is hygroscopic — drying before use is recommended. Suspected manufacturing defects are assessed via our support ticket and replaced if confirmed. See our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy and Warranty page for full details.
Engineering-grade polypropylene reinforced with 30% glass fibre for strong, stiff and heat-resistant functional parts.
Fil X PP-GF30 combines polypropylene’s low weight and chemical resistance with glass-fibre reinforcement for improved strength and dimensional stability. It is suited to demanding prototypes, jigs, brackets, housings and other end-use components.
Important: PP-GF30 is an abrasive, high-shrinkage engineering material. For best results, use an enclosed printer, a suitable PP-compatible build surface or adhesive, and a hardened-steel nozzle.

Printing guidance
Preheat the build surface and enclosed chamber before printing.
Use a clean, level surface with an adhesive suitable for polypropylene.
Avoid rapid cooling, which can cause warping, lifting or cracking.
Allow the finished part to cool slowly and evenly before removal.
Confirm that your printer’s hotend, nozzle and build surface are suitable for this material.
